GVAN - जीवन - meaning 'life'
We believe in the power of volunteerism to build communities.
GVAN is a youth-led organisation with a diverse team, coming from different parts of the world. GVAN aims to localise the UN SDGs through active volunteerism and facilitate a space where volunteers and NGOs can connect and create value.
GVAN intends to empower and equip the youth to engage with social impact organisations through knowledge transfer, resource kits and capacity building programs.

Our Story
The COVID-19 Pandemic brought into sharp focus our country's most critical setbacks. It has informed us that to resolve society's prominent obstacles, we require wide range of individuals working together towards a constructive outcome.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) are one such call for collective action that requests each one of us to shift our endeavours towards building a comprehensive, supportive and versatile future for all.
At a time when India lacks a strong volunteerism mechanism for social improvement, GVAN pledges to work towards this collective action.
