We were raised to believe that conversations about our Mental Health needed to be hidden well; from ourselves, our loved ones and the society. Mental health is not an optional agenda, rather an urgent to our society. The danger of discussions on mental health remaining an empty rhetoric still exists. We quietly keep our struggles and grievances to ourselves. This very conversation of Mental Health forms the chords of our hearts, shapes our lives and yet they have been long-covered in the interwoven, goosey worries of being 'too weird’, 'too weak' and 'too dramatic'; darned in the deep stigmatized beliefs of the ‘modern’ society.
